Liability Waiver

The Imagine Institute, hereafter referred to as the Institute, does not employ or hire substitute child care providers. A Facility hires from the substitute pool at its own discretion. The Institute is not an employer of Substitutes. Facility shall provide a code-compliant and welcoming space for Substitutes per the Washington Administrative Code. It is the responsibility of the Facility to orient the Substitutes so they are able to follow the Facility’s program policies. If Facility agrees on the provision of services from a Substitute, such agreement is solely between the Facility and the Substitute; the Institute is not a party to such agreement. The Institute will not be held responsible and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any claims, grievances, contract breaches, demands or damages, direct or indirect, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any issues that arise from the provision of services to the Facility. The Facility assumes all risk when using the substitute pool software or services, including but not limited to all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with Substitutes.
