What We Do

The Imagine Institute offers a wide array of services and supports to early childhood educators. Whether it’s through training or the substitute pool, Imagine’s services are guided by the people doing the work.

Training

The Imagine Institute has shifted all its training to online platforms and restructured bonuses to make them easier than ever to access.

IMAGINE U

Imagine U is a relationship-based mentorship program designed to increase the number of licensed family child care providers who can care for children in Washington State.

SUBSTITUTE POOL

The Imagine Institute and DCYF have expanded the Early Care and Education Substitute Pool to now provide substitute pool relief to all licensed and emergency-licensed facilities in Washington State.

Technical Assistance

The Imagine Institute has technical assistance who can help connect providers to resource and provide business support such as helping with documentation, quarterly surveys, and receipt collection for all DCYF grant awards.

EMPLOYEE SUPPORT

The Shared Services Employee Portal offers tools, resources and training to support employees' careers in early childhood education.

SHARED SERVICES HUB


The Shared Services Hub connects licensed family child care providers and child care center directors to resources and services to help grow their businesses and bonds with fellow providers.

The PREPARE for Care program is an anti-racist and trauma-informed curriculum designed for early child care providers.
